Descent of picturesque gorges combining, swimming, jumps, slides and abseiling, all this in the very heart of nature. Our region is rich in numerous canyons of various difficulties and pleasures.

From the nautical hike in the Gorges de Galamus and Molitg to the slides, jumps and abseils of the Canigou canyons, we will discover all the facets of this particularly playful activity rich in thrills.
